1. Prices and formation of agreement
All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include any applicable VAT/margin VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. A binding agreement is only formed once you receive a final shipping confirmation/invoice from us. We reserve the right to correct printing errors, pricing errors, system errors, and sold-out items.

2. Payment
We accept payment via MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is only debited from your account once the item is shipped from our warehouse, or once the digital service is delivered.

3. Card condition
All cards are assessed individually and professionally according to international condition standards. We strive to describe and present the condition of the cards as accurately as possible through images and text. Minor variations in assessment may nonetheless occur, as condition grading inherently involves an element of judgment.

4. CardUnion Tamper Seal (Security Seal)
To guarantee the card's authenticity and specific condition, selected cards are delivered in a sealed protective sleeve fitted with a unique CardUnion Tamper Seal. This seal uses tamper-evident technology. Any attempt to open, swap, or tamper with it will leave visible and irreversible traces. As long as our Tamper Seal is 100% intact, CardUnion guarantees the card's condition and authenticity. If this seal is broken, CardUnion's product warranty ceases immediately.

5. Complaints
A 2-year right to complain applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers defects in material and/or manufacturing (e.g. in accessories, packaging, or defective seals upon receipt), as well as cases where the item does not match the condition described upon receipt. It does not cover defects, damage, or wear arising from improper handling or storage of the product after receipt. 6. Special terms for consignment sales and appraisals
When submitting cards for consignment sale, a separate written consignment agreement is entered into, setting the sale price and commission rate (standard 20% to CardUnion). Settlement and payout of the remaining 80% to the consignor (seller) only occurs after the end buyer's statutory 14-day right of withdrawal has expired and the sale is final. If a customer wants a condition/price appraisal without subsequently selling the card through CardUnion, a fixed appraisal fee applies according to current rates.
