Cancellation and termination terms for purchases and consignment sales

Regular purchases:
You can cancel a standard order for a trading card up until the item is packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cardunion.dk. If the item has already been shipped, please instead refer to our applicable "Return and refund policy" (14-day right of withdrawal).

Consignment sales (termination of sales agreement):
When you submit cards for consignment sale with CardUnion, you are bound by the written consignment agreement entered into for the specific cards. 

1. Cancellation before sale: You may at any time choose to terminate the consignment agreement and withdraw your card from our platform, as long as the card has not already been sold or placed in another customer's cart/checkout.
2. Handling fee upon withdrawal: If you choose to cancel the consignment agreement before the card is sold, CardUnion charges a small handling fee (e.g. for the work performed in verification, photography, and registration) according to the rates agreed in your specific consignment contract, before the card is returned or sent back to you.
3. After a completed sale: A consignment agreement can under no circumstances be cancelled or withdrawn after an end buyer has purchased and paid for the card on Cardunion.dk.
