Returns and right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. 

Special conditions for trading cards:
The right of withdrawal is strictly conditional on the item being returned in exactly the same condition as when it was received. The right of withdrawal is irrevocably forfeited if the item's packaging, including CardUnion's own physical security seals (Tamper Seals) or sealed plastic sleeves, has been broken, opened, damaged, or tampered with.

How to return an item:
1. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receipt by email: Dls@cardunion.dk.
2. You must bear the direct costs of return shipping yourself.
3. You bear the risk for the item during transport back to us. Please ensure proper and secure packaging – ideally the same packaging you received it in.

Refund upon return:
Once we have received the item back and verified that the security seal (Tamper Seal) is fully intact, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment card used within 14 days.
