Neo Destiny from 2002 is the fourth and final set in the Neo series. The set introduced rare Shining cards (shimmering Pokémon) as well as Dark and Light versions of Generation 2 Pokémon. Shining Charizard and Shining Magikarp are just two of the highly sought-after cards.
